Refund Policy

This draft refund policy is intended for digital bootcamp access. It should be reviewed before taking live Stripe payments.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the bootcamp content, downloaded a significant amount of resources, or completed a material portion of the course.

2. Digital access

Because bootcamps include digital content and downloadable resources, refund eligibility may be reduced once access has been used extensively. Teacher Train will review requests fairly based on account activity and the reason for the request.

3. How to request a refund

Contact support with your account email, order reference, bootcamp name, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be refused where an account has breached the Terms & Conditions, shared access, misused resources, or completed a substantial amount of the bootcamp.

5. Future subscriptions

If subscriptions or instalments are introduced later, cancellation and billing rules should be updated here before those products go live.
