Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This draft privacy policy explains how Teacher Train expects to handle personal data for a UK-based digital bootcamp platform. It should be reviewed before live launch.
1. Data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, account login details, bootcamp registrations, lesson progress, forum posts, resource downloads, order history, support messages, and technical information needed to operate the website.
2. How we use data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide bootcamp access, process orders, track learning progress, moderate Q&A, respond to support requests, improve the platform, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. Payments
When Stripe is enabled, payment details will be processed by Stripe. Teacher Train should not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, fraud prevention, billing, and transaction data according to its own privacy notices and its role as a payment provider.
4. Sharing data
We may share data with service providers that help run the platform, such as hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and support tools. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account, learning, and order records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain accurate financial records.
6. Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data. You can contact Teacher Train to make a privacy request.
7. Cookies
The platform may use essential cookies for login sessions, security, and checkout. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, the site should provide appropriate cookie information and consent controls where required.
8. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent through the Contact page.
